Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Service is based on a first come first serve bases. Sash after 2PM and/or over 4 sashes per person will not be guaranteed same day serviced.
In-Shop Services
Window & Door Repair Services offers services on the following products:
- FarNorth Series 80
- Manufactured 1980 – June 1989
- Wood and wood/aluminum units
- Single arm operator
- Screen with spring plungers on side
- 1–3/4" overall sash thickness
- 0.019" exterior roll form aluminum clad on sash
- FarNorth Series 90
- Manufactured in June of 1989 – Aug 1999
- Dual Arm Operator
- Side Load Screen
- 2" Overall Sash Thickness
- 0.019" exterior Roll Form aluminum clad on sash
- FarNorth Series 2000
- Manufactured August 1999 – October 2006
- The concealed sequential hardware locks at the top and bottom of the sash with one lever. It is located on the side, 6" from the bottom.
- Dual arm operator
- Head load screen
- 2" overall sash thickness
- 0.05" exterior extruded aluminum cladding on sash
The Service Division caries limited stock but most parts are available for order. Call ahead to check parts availability.
Field Services
Field Service offers service within a 50 mile radius. Outside of 50 miles a mileage charge applies. Window & Door Repair Services offers services on the following products:
- Home repair on FarNorth Series 90 Years 1996 – 1999 and all of FarNorth Series 2000
- Simpson Doors
- Help Coordinate Service between Anderson and Marvin Products.

Payment Options
If ordering specialty glass or specialty product, payment in full for product needs to be made at time of order. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
